1: Currency.
All prices on this site are based on pounds sterling (£). Payments will be made in pounds sterling (credit cards: your credit card provider will charge sales in your local billing currency).
2: Payments.
We only accept online payments by credit card (Visa, Delta, Electron, Mastercard, JCB, Maestro & Solo) through our secure server. This method assures you of complete security and confidentiality.
3: Invoicing.
An invoice will be provided when your passes are shipped. If you require the invoice to be sent under separate cover - e.g. if your purchase is a gift to be sent to the recipient - please indicate this in your order.
4: VAT.
(UK Value Added Tax). Prices on this site are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added during the checkout process if the purchaser is a EU resident. (Residents of other countries: see Duties and local Taxes)
5: Post and packaging.
The final price quoted on the payments page is the price of the goods including delivery to the stated destination.
6: Lost passes.
You will be sent an email when the passes are sent out. All passes are sent via a guaranteed courier and the passes will need signing for. Once these have been signed for at the delivery address no refund will be given for lost passes.
If passes do not arrive on time and the courier has made several attempts to deliver then raceVIP are not liable for non delivery of tickets.
If the tickets are lost by the courier then new tickets will be issued.
7: Refunds.
Once you have purchased your VIP Packages, we are not able to give any refunds.
8: Grid Walks
Please note: Grid walks are only available to guest who are 16 or over and are able to walk unaided.
9: Payment.
Under normal circumstances, goods must be paid for prior to dispatch.
10: Confidentiality.
We undertake to exercise all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied to us by customers strictly confidential. We will never supply your personal details to any third party. Any other information supplied to us may be stored on our computer system for our convenience, but will never be supplied to any outside agency.
11: Statutory Rights.
Our terms and conditions in no way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
12: Applicable Law and Courts of Jurisdiction
All transactions undertaken through this website are governed by English Law and any legal actions arising out of such transactions shall be subject to English legal processes and under the jurisdiction of English Courts
